This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and return procedures for all orders placed with The Peptide Haven.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. The average delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of shipment; however, delivery may take up to 10 business days due to factors beyond The Peptide Haven’s control, including but not limited to postal delays, weather conditions, and high seasonal volume.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local USPS office and your neighbors to verify its location. In some cases, USPS may mark a package as delivered up to 48 hours before actual delivery. The Peptide Haven is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, USPS delivery errors, or circumstances beyond our control.
If USPS confirms in writing that the package is lost and the shipping address provided at checkout was accurate, we will reschedule the order one time at no additional cost.
Due to the nature of research compounds and for reasons related to quality control, contamination risk, and legal compliance, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery to request a replacement. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.
